Pouch Instructions
1. Unscrew the cap and remove the plastic safety ring. (Choking hazard—please discard properly.)
2. Squeeze the oil directly into your mouth. Retain the pouch for later disposal of the used oil.
3. Swish the oil for 5–20 minutes. The longer you swish, the better the results.
4. Spit the used oil back into the pouch. Seal and dispose of the pouch in the trash.
FAQs
Can I swallow the oil after swishing?
No, if you want we recommend swallowing just a pinch of oil to detox the throat before 1 min into swishing. (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN TO SWALLOW) Continue to swish 5-20 min and spit oil back into the pouch and dispose in trash. Do I have to use the whole pouch at once?
